Routines After Newbie

I’m going to attempt to start a regiment PE routine, obviously going to start with the newbie, considering it seems to give decent gains to many people. But I was wondering after that, which routine should I begin? I realize I could make my own routine, but I’d feel much better having one laid out for me. Does anyone have a routine they’ve had great success with? I’m looking mainly for length right now.

Start with the newbie for three months than go to others

If you’re not overly concerned about girth, you could do the newbie routine minus the jelqs.

No one routine is right for everybody. You will find as you go what works for you.

Do the newbie routine for a while until you learn what your penis says to you.

Then you will know what to add or subtract from your routine.

You’ll most likely gain both length & girth from jelqs. You should probably keep them in the routine.

I would recommend that you study during the 3 months you do the newbie routine. Track your gains, keep a journal, log your progress, figure out what your PIs are. Then from there based on your goals, and the progress you’ve made up to that point, you should be able to figure out what to do next.
