I just want length, is this an OK routine?

Hot Wrap Warmup

24 reps of 5 seconds kegel holds, while holding my penis toward my stomach (laying on back)

200 reps of 1 second kegels, while holding my penis out straight (standing)

This totals a little over 7 mins. Newbie routine says 5 mins and work to 10.

Is this okay? I just want length and erection strength.

Kegels only? That won’t make your dick bigger. Are you stretching your penis in those directions or just holding in place? The position of your penis while doing Kegels doesn’t matter. Jelqing?

i stretch and hold my penis in that direction while i do the kegel routine. i’m basically doing a modified dld blaster. i don’t jelq nor would i incorporate it, im going for length only.

I have never heard of a routine like that, so just give it a try for a month and see what happens.

I think it’s best to separate stretching from muscle contractions, but not everyone agrees.

Odd routine, why don’t you hang if length is what you want?
