Hello all fellow PEers! Looking for any suggestions or anything helpful to further help me with gains.

My routine at the moment:

100 2 second wet jelqs at about 75-90% erect (still not sure if I’m doing the technique right. I’ve watched the videos and read everything I could just something doesn’t feel right)

Down - 30 seconds
Down to the left - 30 seconds
Down to the right - 30 seconds

Straight out - 30 seconds
Left - 30 seconds
Right - 30 seconds
Up - 30 seconds

Behind the cheeks center - 30 seconds

Straight out rotary stretches - 25 cranks

Kegels daily - 400+

I manual stretch about 3 times. Usually morning, mid afternoon, and night. 1 day on / 1 day off for the moment.

Any comments/advice/criticism please!


In my opinion you should stay with the newbie routine, you need to know you’re unit better! If you really want to increase do it step by step, but 2 times a day it’s just too much, at least is how I think! Good luck!
