I’m looking for some constructive criticism on my routine.
5 Min Heat Pad Warm-up
2x30 second stretches (up, down, left, right, straight out)
75 High Erection Jelqs
15 Mins Low HG Pump + 200 Kegels while pumping
75 High Erection Jelqs
15 Mins Low HG Pump + 200 Kegels while pumping
75 High Erection Jelqs
5 Min Heat Pad Warm-down
Some things to note:
I use the heat pad on the tube while pumping.
I can’t do low erection jelqs (get hard too quickly).
I’m buying VacExtender 2 + Anti-Turtle + V-stretch. After the “adjustment period” for the stretcher can I just wear it as much as I want with breaks every hour? The anti-turtle sleeve can be worn while I sleep correct? I’ll figure out how to add in v-stretches when it gets here.
Now I have a few questions -
I read that it is important to actually be erect while pumping and not just “inflated”. People recommend watching porn while pumping. Is this important?
Kegels - Is there any difference between quick kegels and holding kegels for 3-5 seconds? Which is preferred? 100 5-second kegels or 500 quick kegels for example.
Is there any reason to not ejaculate soon after or before the bulk of my PE routine? Or is that just something a few people have been saying without any basis.
Is it preferable to use my vac extender as an extender or ADS? Or does it matter. (Assuming equal tension)
At what point should I start hanging?
Girth is my priority as I’m very thin (4” EG), but I hear length gains are easier with a smaller girth so I don’t mind focusing my gains there first.
If anyone has anything I should add or change to my routine let me know.
