I jelq for about 20 minutes and I have no discoloration or pain. I was doing more, but I cut back because of base pain. Now I don’t really feel like I am getting the workout I want. I am thinking about increasing the time, but I have only been doing this for about 2 weeks. I’ve read and watched the videos on jelqing and make sure I’m doing it right. I do have a greater flaccid length and I don’t want to measure till I’ve been doing this for at least a month. I don’t really do the kegel exercises, but I am starting it this week. I’m starting at 7”BPEL and hoping to get to 8”BPEL. I’m not sure about the girth, but my girth does feel bigger. I was wondering if this seems to be to much this early on in my PE experience. Thanks for any response

How do you know your not getting the workout you want, I.e. A good workout. You’ve only been doing this for two weeks. I say you should stick with your Newbie Routine at least till you’ve done a few months. Don’t try and rush things, because you’ll just end up injuring yourself and you’ll have to wait till the injury heals before you go back to square one, to start all over again.

Take it easy, the gains will come.


Dec \'23 -> Feb\'24 17.5cm -> 18.5cm BPEL / 12.7cm -> 13.1 MSEG / 18.5cm -> 18.9cm BPFSL (measuring in mm for accuracy)

My First Real Attempt:

2006 Start: 6.25" BPEL and 5" EG - 2012 7.625" BPEL / 4.875" EG / 8.063" BPFSL. (All manual routine)
