Routine while showering
I’m a relative Newbie and have been doing PE for only 1 month. My routine is based on the Newbie routine, however my only variation is that I do almost my entire 30 minute routine while I;m taking a hot shower. My thinking is that doing it during a hot shower is that it would help with ligament stretching for length and overall expansion for girth. Are there any theories or research out there that would let me know if this is a good idea or not. Am I helping or hurting my PE progress?
