Hi All

Fairly new to PE, have jelqed on an off for a few years but never really lasted more than two months.

I am really motivated to train this time but due to commitments I only have time to jelq for about 15-20 minutes 4-5 times a week (I may get a little extra time in walking around the house with a bath mate on).

Just wanted to know if this is enough training to make gains. I know gains don’t come overnight but I am looking at hopefully seeing differences in like a year.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

That’s more than enough time. I would start on the Newbie Routine and not scale it up. Just use it as it is written and you’ll stay within your time constraints.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Just for comparison, I get a 5 minute stretch and about 200-250 jelqs in in about 20 min’s. Lately I’ve jumped up to 300-350 jelqs and, as long as I don’t have to fluff up my dick too many times, I’m done in 25-30 mins not including a warm down in the shower.

Be present with your routine, don't just glaze over and make it a chore. Change it up at least quarterly - just like a weight workout you need to keep him guessing.

If it was me, I’d stretch for 10 and then jelq for 10.

My adventures in PE:Damnit

Hi I’ve been doing a 5 min warm-up 10 min stretch 10-15 min jelql and 5 min warm down. All done in under half an hour. Before I go to work and wife and kids are up.

I’ve been doing this for nearly 10 months and gained almost an inch in length, and a 1/4 inch girth

Man it feels good to see it grow. Just stick with it.

I agree with this. New guys sometimes want to get a little over zealous with the jelqing. They don’t take into consideration that too much jelqing is an EQ killer even with a lot of conditioned dicks….

I time my workouts. I just started over after a year off. I keep my workout down to 20 minutes a day, and if I think I won’t have time for a full workout I use that day as a growth rest day.
