Routine timings
Hi All
Fairly new to PE, have jelqed on an off for a few years but never really lasted more than two months.
I am really motivated to train this time but due to commitments I only have time to jelq for about 15-20 minutes 4-5 times a week (I may get a little extra time in walking around the house with a bath mate on).
Just wanted to know if this is enough training to make gains. I know gains don’t come overnight but I am looking at hopefully seeing differences in like a year.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
