Routine Timing?

Hey guys,

I’ve been reading a lot on here and have already improved my routine drastically in a couple short days, THANK YOU!

My question is, “how important is timing in your routine?” I’m pretty blessed to have a lot of private time and I see a lot of recommendations here on total time, # of sets, amount of weight, etc. But how about timing? Should my sets be back to back to back? Morning, noon, & night? Does it even matter or is there an optimum way to spread your routine out?

Again, thank you gentleman for sharing your experience.

I’m interested in this as well going for the second week and wanted to know if I should do increments and by how much?

I believe that most of us had to do some careful experimenting to find the routine that worked best for us. i.e. 2 on 1 off, or 2 on 22 off? Same for time of day. A lot of it will depend on your “real-life” schedule-kids, work, etc. Listen to your body and don’t be afraid to change it up if it feels right, or if what you’re already doing doesn’t feel right.
