Routine Timing?
Hey guys,
I’ve been reading a lot on here and have already improved my routine drastically in a couple short days, THANK YOU!
My question is, “how important is timing in your routine?” I’m pretty blessed to have a lot of private time and I see a lot of recommendations here on total time, # of sets, amount of weight, etc. But how about timing? Should my sets be back to back to back? Morning, noon, & night? Does it even matter or is there an optimum way to spread your routine out?
