Routine thus far
If anyone could tell me if my routine is appropriate for my PE experience (4 months roughly) which is as follows.
15 min A stretch/straight up stretch while performing kegal’s
15 min jelqing with usually 5 squeezes
Immediately after this I take a hot shower. I have good gains.from 6.8 bpel to 7.75 bpel, no girth measurements. I’m not sure if these gains are just newbie gains due to swelling or if they are authentic but it seems unlikely id maintain a 1 inch swell for 4 months. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
