Trying to get into a better routine, eventually going to add pumping.

My routine will be Monday - Wednesday, Thursday a rest day, and then Friday and Saturday with Sunday being a rest day. Is this going to be okay, going 3 days in a row, or should I try to stick with the 2 and 1?


Start: BPEL: 5.25" EG: ~4.5"

Current: BPEL: ~ 6.75" MSEG: ~4.75" BG: 4.825" BPFSL: 7"

Initial Goal: NBPEL: 7" EG: 5" Long Term Goal: 7.5" x 5.25-5.50"

You got to match your routine to what feels comfortable. Keep a good eye on your EQ that is the best measurement for the amount of training you can take.
