About how many after I start my routine should I start to add time to exercises, like stretching, I do 5 reps. For 15 secs., after how many months should I increase it to 30 secs.? I have made a small notebook with my workout routine and I have wrote out two months worth of exerciseing, which then I plan to measure to see gains should I then add more time to exercises at that point?

IMO 2 months is good enough to start adding time. Add 5 mins every forth night or so depending on your comfort making sure you are not overdoing anything.


West I also think that Time is not a good way to go . Instead count your Reps and sets.
