Routine Question

Not having a lot of uninterrupted stretches of time, I end up having to break up my routine over the course of a day. I’ve been lurking for almost two years..

Morning: 80 -100 jelqs & 10 min. Clamp
Afternoon: 80 - 100 jelqs & 10 min. Clamp
Night: 80-100 jelqs

Is breaking it up going to be hurting me in the long run?

Breaking up will not hurt you on the long run but doing PE in one routine will give better results.

I think that one long routine would probably work better in the long term, but I agree with Bird2.
