I have noticed that every site I have seen about pe recommends:

Warm up
Apply heat

Does this order matter any?

I like to do this during the day/morning:

Warm Up
Dry squeezes
Apply heat

Then I usually do my stretching while I watch tv before bed.

Does it matter when you stretch?

I think you could stretch as many times as possible as long as you heat up first! I try to stretch 2-3 times during the day myself. The only point I see here is you may want to try to stretch even a little before jelqing.

I’m sure others have some good info??

Every day in the shower I wrap with a hot wash cloth. First I wrap the scrotum and penis for a couple of minutes then rewrap just the penis for a couple of minute. One day I do stretches for 15 mins. and the next wet jelqs. I never did or do the warm-downs.

My goal was not to gain any length. I like to get the shaft fatter then the head. Also, I am looking for ejaculation control and harder erections. I gained got back to my oginial 7” I had when I was a kid plus I gained about 1/8” in lenght.

This morning I shot my load during foreplay :( but the soldier was harder than a rock :) . Got to work on my kegels :D
