I just wanted some quick opinions on this routine, maybe about whether it is too much.
I have been PEing for two months now,
My routine is every other day jelqing for 13 minutes. I stretch on the jelq days and on the rest days except for twice a week. So two days (not consecutive) of the week I do no PE what so ever. While the rest of the time it is every other day jelqing with stretching on all days.
My stretch routine consists of 3 sets of manual stretching down, left, right, up and straight out 30, seconds each. I have been placing more importance on stretching lately as I believe it works the tunica more which is what I’m aiming for as I am a believer in the TGC theory.
I am just wondering if I should include more total rest days with no stretching. I find jelqing seems to cause me more problems, mainly with EQ than stretching which is why I’ve created this routing. Also is the stretch routine I have too intense? And any stretches you guys know of that really work the tunica would be great.
