I always read reports of people using the penis extender and penis pump in a Brazilian forum. But usually they post routines, but do not post the results.

I wonder if anyone here posted a similar and successful routine.

A member posted the routine: 15 minutes of pumping every 3 hours extender.

He was training without results for 4 months and after starting this routine he returned to have results, but did not say how much monthly earnings.


I found his routine:

1) - It starts with a section 10min with bathmate

He affirmed feel more supple robe and it would also serve as a warm up.

2) - extender rod hanging the glans with silicone strip for 3 hours.

He says it is easier to control the level of traction.

3) - New section 10 min with Bathmate

4) - Extender type Vacextender tied at the waist for 4 hours.

He says it gives him more mobility and comfort to work.

5) New section 10 min with the Bathmate

6) From 2 to 3 hours extender (either above)

7) Before going to sleep it ends with 20 minutes of bathmate.

This is another routine that I found more details.

I believe it is a heavy routine. Someone with experience believes that this routine can bring more harm to the penis to make it bigger and bulkier.

Its a good routine in theory. But practicly I couldnt do it cause everything longer then 5 minutes creates fluid build up espacially in the glans which makes it hard to use the extender more then 30 min.

But yeah doing length work and then ending it with a water pump is a good idea.

I started pumping (air) four years ago, doing 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes at night. About a year later, I started extending three to four hours a day. I pretty much kept my sessions separate for the first year. Around the start of the third year, I started to follow one of the extending sessions with one of the twenty minute pumping session and at least once a week I increased the pumping session to 45 minutes. I use a VacExtender mod on my extender and feel the pumping after extending helps to heal any potential vacuum bruising caused by the Vac mode by forcing in additional blood.

Over four years,I have gained about 3/4” in length and girth. I feel the majority of the girth gain was attributable to the pumping and the majority of the length gain was attributable to the extender. However, there was probably some cross supplementation.

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

I currently use an extender (VAC one) combined with dynamic pumping (Mr Fantastic’s Pump).

I don’t have an exact routine but the general gist is a minimum of 3 hours of extending (Preferably 4), pumping is done after the 4th hour. Pumpset is between 15 and 60 minutes depending on vacuum used (Higher pressure, less time). I do vary with this, one occassion I might experiment a weekend with 1 hour of extending a day and as much pumping as I can get in, varying pressure, extra heat on top of normal warm-up, etc. I always massage and heat up thoroughly before and during sets. As you can tell, no such things as overtraining with me.

It’s working exceedingly well after stalling in newbie gains and close to a year of hanging with little to show for it. I’ve gone from 7.7 to 8.4 Inch BPEL and girth from 5.5 to 5.9 EG. Extending since September, pumping since December.
