Routine needs tweeking 2 months in
I’ve been on the newbie routine for about 2 months, not much in gains. The only thing I’ve noticed is a larger flaccid length, guess its a start. I do a 5 to 10 minute warm up with kegals. Then a 5 minute stretch. Then 10-15 minutes of jelqing. Then warm down. I also get horned out by the end of it, so I end up masterbating. I am not sure if masterbating at the end will effect my routine, but I will try not to. This is done 5 times a week, with random breaks in between depending on my schedule. But I have been religiously doing it atleast 4 nights of the week. Are there any suggestions for tweeking my routine? I’m sitting at 5.5 erect length and about 4.5 girth, any feedback will helpp, we all want the bigger package ;)
