Hey Guys. I was wondering if it would be ok to stretch 10 minutes, 6 days a week? I would also jelq m-w-f. How would this be? My stretching routine is.
30 sec down
30 sec right
30 sec left
30 sec down
30 sec right
30 sec left
30 sec squatting down straight down
30 sec between the cheeks
30 sec squatting down straight down
30 sec between the cheeks
30 sec squatting down straight down
30 sec between the cheeks
30 sec squatting down straight down
30 sec between the cheeks
30 sec squatting down straight down
30 sec between the cheeks
30 sec A stretch
30 sec V stretch
30 sec A stretch
30 sec V stretch

I would do that 6 times a week and jelqing m-w-f, 200wet jelqs 30-40% erect, and 50 90% erect jelq.

Jelqing is really a great blood flow exercise and great for girth as well as length. It would be good if you could do the jelqing in tandom with the stretching, maybe just 10 minutes worth to get started. Yes, that means 6 days a week.

So jelq 6 days a week also?
