Hey guys I’ve been following a newbie routine for about 2.5 months now made decent gains about .25 BPEL and a bit of girth. I currently do 5-8mins of manual stretching and about 5 mins of jelqing. I also do kegels pretty much everyday during classes. My routine is usually 2 on 1 off, sometimes 1 on 1off if I feel I need the rest. I was curious to know if anyone success with stretching everyday. Most of my fatigue comes with the jelqing. There is nothing wrong with stretching ones hamstrings or quads everyday so when not your dick. I would stretch everyday or take one day off a week and keep the jelqing schedule as is. Any opinions

From what I have read around the forum, light stretching everyday should not be overworking, same as the kegels.

I think you really have to understand your penis and determine what is too much, too little, and just enough. Since ejaculation hinders gains, I PE everyday and use the day I have sex and/or masturbate as my day(s) off. Just as long as I am not having any negative PIs…I keep stretching, jelqing, ADSing, and pumping to keep me on track to reaching my goals!

Not only will good (comfortable) stretching every day not hurt you it will be beneficial. Just think of the people who wear extenders some for upwards of 8 hours. Though manual stretches are harder and use more for then these traction devices you have the ability to ease up and apply the right amount of pressure for you. Every stretch does not have to be strong and intense. A good mix of stretches is suggested also.

But, if you are doing light stretches everyday, does that mean that you need to warm-up also before performing the stretches?

Yes, thats what ive wondered aswell, is the warm-up before some light stretches really essential, or can you gain without that little bit of heat?

Warm up is always necessary. Stretching a dick without first warming up makes it harder to stretch and more prone to injury.
