Routine from grower to shower
Hi, I have done pe for 3-4 years discontinuous, like 2 month on and 3-4 month off; and I have done a lot of errors like to not heat in beginning of routine.
From 6 week I reset all and I’m doing a light-medium routine.
My measure are 4.5x4.5 flaccid (non bone pressed lenght) and 7x5.6 erect (non bone pressed)
I want to reach for now 5.5-6x5.5 flaccid and 7.5x5.8-6 erect.
My routine is
heating pad 10 minutes
5’ down strdtch (for ligament)
5’ a stretch
5’ mandingo stretch
10’ dry jelq
2x1’ downward sadsak slinky
2x1’ upward sadsak slinky
2x1’ horse 440
edging 20-30’ for now, but I will up to 40-50’ sometimes
In 6 weeks I gain around 3mm( 1/8 inch) in erect lenght and 1-2mm (1/12-16 inch) in erect girth; but girth now is more distribuited, because before pe I have good girth at middle girth, lower base girth and lowest girth at glans; now base and middle are the same.
When I have done pe in past the gain in lenght were cementified, but girth gains no.
For flaccid I do this
everytime i go to bathroom 40” of downward stretch or a stretch and 40” light jelq.
Is good routine?
For gain in flaccid Is correct what i do in addition of routine?
There is something more specifically for flaccid?
How much time is needed to see flaccid gains?
Starting April 2011: ~Nbpel 16.8x14; Fl 10.5
Now: bpel 19.5; nbpel 17.8x14.5; Fl 11.5
Short term: nbpel 19x14.6; fl 13x13. Long term: nbpel 20x15.5; fl 15x14
