I’ve done pe before but feel it wasn’t really working for me. I want to make gains in both girth and length and would like some help.

Just start with the newbie routine.

The answer for you question is very simple.

First of all, educate yourself with PE and the different methods of PE such as : manual exercises, Ads, hanger, pumping and clamping etc.

Then start Newbie routine

Later find what you want to go next e.g manual exercises, ads, pump etc (if your current newbie routine is working is advisable to stay on it for as longer you see result)

PE is very trick thing what might work for others might not work for you or vise versa, the key here is to familiarised with PE in general

For length very simple; stretches from newbie routine maybe with some kegels.

For girth; jelqing should be the backbone of the exercises, a few Ulis and some V jelqs, also try and kegel while jelqing, it does help girth wise.

Diet and exercise are also beneficial factors that must not be ignored, if your serious about it you will do do everything you can to see gains.
