ok i am going to start jelqing stretching for first time and from wat i have read i have decided to do this….

first warm up the penis in the shower for about 5 minutes with a semi erection..

once im ready ill start using the simple stretching techniques and stretch it down wards upwards to the left and right each for about 30 seconds… and doing this for 5 minutes..

and that ill start doing jelqs in the shower (no lubricants or anything) and do about 200 strokes each for about 2 to 4 seconds… then im done

and i plan on doing this for 1 month.

any suggestions?

Jelqing in the shower is really not a good idea. Easy to rub yourself raw. Do you have privacy issues that makes the shower your only choice of PE location?

What are your current stats and what are your goals? Those are two of the most important pieces of info when you are making a routine.

speaking of routine… I have straight dived into hanging. Should I have been jelqing and stretching manually before I started to hang?

I am current at 6X5 and of course like many goal is to hit 8x6

No thats not the reason why it’s just I think it’s easier in the shower so that I can get my penis warmed up before exercise then do my routine and in between changing from stretching to jelqing I warm it up again and at the end of exercise I finish my shower, thus getting penis warm again.
