Despite all the good things I’ve read about it on these forums, I found I’ve personally had some negative effects when using an autoADS with my routine (stiff dick after use, bad turtling, dick generally feels like shit). Although, I find that after using it I have a really long but skinny flaccid, then it turtles horribly.
Am I using it incorrectly? My routine is a morning/afternoon split, using progressive increases in reps/time for stretches (morning), and jelqs/clamped O-bends (afternoon). During and shortly after I finish my routine my cock feels great – long, plump, etc, but when I use an ADS it kind of feels like my progress is being sucked away.
It’s probably worth noting that my gains so far were made without an ADS, but I’m not sure if they can be attributed to newbie gains. From Dec 08 to April 08 I went from 5.75/4.5 to 6.20/4.80, and I got lazy from May to June, but still grew to 6.45/4.80 (measuring error maybe). Starting in July I switched up my routine.
Another factor may be the fact that I’m increasing the quantity of exercises too quickly (I.e. From Jul 7 to now, I’ve increased from 100 jelqs to 220, 18 mins stretching to 30). However, I can’t say for sure until I remove a variable of my routine, which so far as been the ADS. Also, from the period in which I made my initial gains (Dec to June), I was using a one-day-length, one-day-girth routine; now, I’m doing the split session routine. I’m considering switching to a combination of both routines, whereby I use the one-day-length and one-day-girth rotation, but with the progressive increments in quantity used in my split session routine. I feel the isolation of length/girth components would be more beneficial.
