Routine Critique Please
I initially started PE back in April, but due to **insert excused here** I stopped. I just ended a long term relationship and naturally want to get it going again and stick with it. When I first started I did the newbie routine, but 200 jelqs was a little much for me and I was sore a lot.
My main focus right now is length and maybe girth down the road. I just completed my first full week back and did manual stretches Mon-Friday for about 15-20 minutes and 50 wet jelqs on each of those days except Wednesday. I plan on taking the weekends off and just sticking 5 on 2 off.
Any critique or advice would be appreciated.
Current stats barely 5.75 BPEL and 4 EG
