Routine Critique Please

I initially started PE back in April, but due to **insert excused here** I stopped. I just ended a long term relationship and naturally want to get it going again and stick with it. When I first started I did the newbie routine, but 200 jelqs was a little much for me and I was sore a lot.

My main focus right now is length and maybe girth down the road. I just completed my first full week back and did manual stretches Mon-Friday for about 15-20 minutes and 50 wet jelqs on each of those days except Wednesday. I plan on taking the weekends off and just sticking 5 on 2 off.

Any critique or advice would be appreciated.

Current stats barely 5.75 BPEL and 4 EG

Are you sure you need to do 5 on 2 off?

Rest is as important as exercise and if 200 wet jelqs were too much I don’t see how you unit is ready for 5 days straight.

Then again, if you get positive PI’s, your EQ doesn’t suffer and it feels good, go for it.

Well doing 2 days on 1 day off with 200 jelqs on my on days is about is 800 to 900 jelqs a week. I figured if I’m only doing 200 a week now then manual stretching 5 days a week couldn’t be too bad. I’m not sore like I use to be.

I guess I looked at the manual stretching kinda like hanging where you don’t want to be taking a lot of days off. Not sure If that is accurate or not tho.
