Ok, so I’m ANOTHER new guy haha. I’ve been reading this forum for a while now. I only just started seriously doing PE this Christmas break however; for about just over 2 weeks I guess. I have some general questions that I’ve looked around for answers, but some are a little specific to myself, and my ‘routine’. I would appreciate any advice!

My biggest issue I find is time. Not that I don’t have time, but I tend to need to do PE without being awkward and staying in the washroom for hours on end! Don’t want to take up the washroom from the roommates, and also don’t want them wondering what the heck I’m doing in there for so long. So I’ve developed a sort of system which goes like this:

I use a washcloth to warm up but I usually only warm up quickly for about 2-3 minutes just to get started. Don’t understand how some of you can be warming up for like 15 minutes!
Then I do some lighter stretches 30 seconds each, all directions except down (figure I do fowfers when on the computer so can that count as my ‘down’? Is that safe to assume?)
Then I jump in the shower (sometimes I finish my stretches in the shower if I feel like I’ve been standing in the washroom too long and think my roommates might be starting to wonder what the heck I’m doing - I actually find my grip is BETTER in the shower as long as I haven’t touched the soap yet.weird.)
So I figure by this point the shower is helping as an “extra” warm up and while I’m cleaning myself I message my member to warm it up even more.
Then I jelq - I’ve been started low, first 30 jelqs, now I’m at 50 - gradually increasing every couple sessions.
After I’m out of the shower, I dry off and do another stretch session. My penis is usually more easily stretchable so I can do a more intense stretch (sometimes adding the V stretch).
Then I do a quick warm down (about 2 minutes) and free the washroom for anybody else!

I think I’ve already started noticing gains, although I haven’t been keeping record. I’m usually around 15cm EL without BP (Sorry forgetting the acronym for when you don’t push the ruler to your pubic bone), and now I’m easily over that. Perhaps I should start keeping an exact log. I told myself once I was easily hitting 16cm from that method of measurement, I would believe in PE haha!!

I also have a question about bed fowfers. I’ve read the description of getting the penis between the cheeks, which I don’t really understand if I’m doing right. Mine ends up more between my thighs and I can either stretch and hold my penis between my legs, or let it sort of “stick out” of the back end (below my bottom).

I’m sure I’ll have plenty more questions soon enough! Thanks so much for any advice :)

I am having some luck splitting up the routine.

I jelq in the morning, and stretch in the afternoon or evening. Sometimes vice versa.

This splits up the time pretty well and makes it all seem less difficult to steal some time away from curious prying eyes.

To me it is easiest to get the stretching done — just go into the bathroom and do a few sets. Jelqing requires a little more time and prep — shower time is good for that.

I had a thread back a few pages asking if it was ok to do this. Many answered YES.

I have had gains since I started.

It is 2am and I am drunk!

Keep good records. Nothing is more motivating than that!

For bed fowfers, the important thing is just to keep your penis on a slight stretch; it doesn’t really matter where you put it as long as you achieve that. Try adding some straight down ‘piss pulls’ as well, if you are short of washroom time!

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
