Routine advice for a beginner please

I’m about 7x5.5in generally speaking.

I’m hoping for about 1.5in gain in length and girth (2 in gain in girth would be nice but I’ll take what I can get)

However, I am not looking to hang or use clamps or things of that nature. I’d like to keep it natural and stick to stretches and jelqing with my hands.

My question for you is:

Are my prospective gains obtainable by just keeping it natural? And if so what would the estimated time frame be, a year? Two years?

I’m very new to this stuff.

My advice is Good luck, don’t over exercise, and start reading/searching posts on this website. I did the Newbie Routine for 3 months to condition your weiner and it’s good to just start from there and move on to other things or stay at the newbie routine.

I am starting with the newbie routine. I am essentially asking if the use of objects (hanging, clamping, pumping etc) is not a necessary component to see the gains I’m trying to achieve.

From what I’ve searched and read it seems completely possible. I am just seeking some clarification, as well as help determining the time frame for the gains. My guess is about a year or two going the hands only route.

Hey, If you’ve searched and still think that 2 inch girth gain with stretching and jelqing in two years seems completely possible then I think you should search some more. I cannot think of a single member who gained 2 inches in girth.

1.5 inch length in 2 years? Yes, if you are lucky.
1.5-2 inch girth gain, well man good luck to you. 0.5 inch girth gain is good, 1 inch girth gain is not for everyone, only a handful gained 1.5 inch girth. Not to mention you want 2 inch girth only using jelqing.

You are already big and you shouldn’t expect too much or your up for a disappointment.

Although your goals are high (especially the girth gains) anything is possible as long as you keep dedicated and have patience. You can very well get +1.5 in length and +2 in girth but for that you might be waiting a long time. Some people grow very fast and some people do not grow at all. My advice would be start the newbie routine with a warm up and a cool down and see how your Dick responds to it and go from there. Good luck!

Jubbyrob said the right thing and there is not much more to say.
I just have finished the 3 Newbie initialization months and every day was worth it.
