Routine advice for a beginner please
I’m about 7x5.5in generally speaking.
I’m hoping for about 1.5in gain in length and girth (2 in gain in girth would be nice but I’ll take what I can get)
However, I am not looking to hang or use clamps or things of that nature. I’d like to keep it natural and stick to stretches and jelqing with my hands.
My question for you is:
Are my prospective gains obtainable by just keeping it natural? And if so what would the estimated time frame be, a year? Two years?
I’m very new to this stuff.
