Round 2

Hey all, I’ve been a member here for a while. Never legitimately started a good routine, planning on doing this the right way this time around. A little about me, I’m 23 years old, 5’ 9” 205lbs, engaged and have a 1 year old daughter. I eat primarily healthy other than a big meal of red meat once or twice a week. Other than that lots of fruits and veggies, fish and chicken. I used to be a smoker, quit 3ish months ago. I have a couple light beers during the course of a work week and 4-6 total between friday/saturday night so I like to think I take fairly good care of myself, better than I used to at least. I’m a heavy equipment operator and work a lot, between my hours and home life I’ve always procrastinated giving this the right effort.

Planning on doing this as stealth as possible, I know my significant other wouldn’t be against it (we’ve talked about it before) but I’d prefer for any gains to be a suprise and not something for her to expect. My plan is a mild version of the newbie routine. Basically I’ll use my shower to warm up, afterwards do a 5-10 min jelq session one night, next night do a 5 min stretch session. Going with the idea that less is more and long term and perseverance is more important than short term gains. I’ll do as many kegels as I can while on the road driving to work. Instead of 2 days on 1 day off I’m thinking I’ll stick to weekdays on weekends off.

My stats are as follows: FL: 3.5 FG: 3.25 NBPEL: 5.25 BPEL: 5.9 EG:4.5
Goals: 1 year BPEL: 6.4 EG: 4.8
3 year BPEL: 7.0 EG: 5.2
5 year BPEL: 7.5 EG: 5.5
