Rouitine question
Just want to start by saying great site and thanks. Here are my stats
Bpel 7.25
No measurement for girth yet but it needs improvement thin I’m french
Supplements : n03 creatine zinc protein
Exersize 4 days a week
Pe 2on 1 off begginer routine
First time pe starting last week
Lot: I can visually see and feel movement 6:00 and at 12 it almost yanks it outta my hand from what I understand this means I may see good gains with stretching correct?
Concerns
My penis is very vascular and veiny when I do jelg I do it very light because I can see the small veins being filled and emptied and the large viens get much larger is this ok?
After light stretching the top of my penis where it connects to the pelvis , ligs I assume, are slightly sore for 4 hrs or so
I have already noticed improved erection strength from pe thanks 4 your help
