I’m doing the newbie routine, with just some modification. I stretch in each direction 1x90 with medium force. Rotary stretches seems to have worked for a lot of people, but I would like some recommendations on how many times I should do them.


If you want to substitute them for the regular stretches then do them for the same amount of time it would take for all the others combined. If you want to add them to the routine then do them for three to five minutes. Those a only my suggestions and not based on any personal experience.

I’m going to add them to the routine. Three minutes - I take that as 1x90 each direction. Sounds logical enough.

Anyone else?
