I’m new here and don’t know yet if this leads to permanent growth, but it sure fills out the package. What do you think of this ?

Stand or sit with your flaccid penis hanging down and one hand vertical on each side. Roll it back and forth between your palms so your penis is getting many gentle stretches over and over. Roll your head half way around before you reverse directions. After 50 cycles or so, roll your head about 3/4 of a turn before reversing. Go any speed you like but be gentle and do hundreds of reps/day. You may stay limp throughout or you may stiffen up.

To me, this is very pleasurable, as I like the feel of my head rolling back and forth, and I can feel the huge number of gentle stretches opening me up for more blood.

Sounds to me like an intensive massage program. That would be good for increasing blood flow into the penis. Not sure if there are any real growth factors there other than increased vascular ability. Would think it would start to make you ‘veiny’. Which is OK by me, as I am veiny also.

Growth is dependent on either stretching the tunica, ligament(s), or expanding the volume of the penis via overpressurizing (via jelqing or squeeze manuevers).

I would think, however, that it would be a great warmdown procedure to add to whatever exercises you do.
