I have a slight curve in my penis to the left. Is not bad but I have been trying to fix it by useing only my right hand when I jelq.

Well this is a problem because it’s giving my right arm a workout and it’s getting pumped and stronger than my left. I did not know how bad this was untill last night when I was curling with dumbbells and noticed my right arm can curl about 18 lbs more than my left! If it was 3 or 4 pounds I would not worry but that is a big difference.

I can see me now in a few months walking around with a 27” right arm and a 17” left arm! I could just imagine the questions that would bring up. Yea sounds like a great time.

Anyway to make this worst my technique with my left hand sucks because I have not been useing it for 2 months now. SO if I try to use my left arm more now I will not get a good workout.

Well I’m lost. What do you guys recommend. I thought about adding a bunch of light reps with like 5 lbs to my left arm just so it can catch up.

I should have never bought those dumbbells. If I would have stuck with my curl bar I would have never noticed.

I guess you could jelq in one direction, with whatever arm ( with ok and inverted ok), so use both hands.

Is normal that right biceps to be with 1” bigger that left biceps. If the difference is bigger, do some workout exercise for your left arm to recover :) .

LOL, Well my wife pointed out my math error. It is a 12 lbs difference in my 2 arms not 18. Still way to much.

My left arm is 1/2” smaller than my right. I just measured them both this time. All I have been measuring was my right.

I am going to continue with the dumbbells and do the same workout for both arms. I guess my left will catch pretty quick because it will be getting worked harder.

I picture myself looking like this guy.

I was going to say on your first post I doubt the difference in size would be THAT noticeable and 1/2 an inch really isn’t. And I doubt the strength difference is purely due to jelqing. But keep trying to jelq with you left and in time it will get stronger.

Functions of bicep are supination and flexion of forearm so I highly doubt that PE could cause such a huge difference in strength.

Also, curling with a bar would cause even bigger disproportion because when weaker side fails, stronger side attempts to compensate thus giving even less workout to weaker side and even more workout to stronger side.

Unilateral movements are great for fixing disproportion. My upper arms have exactly equal circumference (in one millimeter, i.e. 0.04”). Same goes for forearms, thighs and calves. :)

At 1/2” smaller than right is normal, don’t worry about that.

That is why I am switching to dumbbells. I did not know it was that bad.

It may not be PE. My wife also sleeps on that arm. Maybe she is doing it. I cant tell her she cant cuddle up to me. It would break her heart.

You think your arm might be smaller because your wife sleeps on it? Mmm I have this weird way of sleeping on my wrists, sometimes they ache when I wake up. I’ve slept like this for a long time and thought that might be why they’re small. I guess it’s possible.
