Rice Sock and jelqing extended post warmup

I’ve been using this thing like mad (Request Rice Sock)

As I’ve been using this thing I’m thinking the 5-10 minute warm up is good, but much much more time is needed for the after PE repair….

For me if it feels sore hit it with the sock. I’ve got a smaller sock I’ve been using at the office. I’ve got my own office so it’s not hard to stuff it in my pants. I go to the microwave with it wrapped up in paper towels. No one knows what it is. I jelqed today about 10am and it’s 6:30pm and I have the sock in place now…I think I’ve warmed it up 10-15 times since my jelqing…


Starting: 5.5" BPEL, 5.0" MSEG (Jan 2012). Current (4/9/2012) 5.75" BPEL

Immediate Goal: 6.5" x 5.5", Continuing on to: 7.5" x 6.0" and eventually would like to reach 8.5" x 7"
