First post on this site. I started PE in May 2009 and did the newbie routine for a month. Then I bought a BIB hanger and started hanging 3 x 20 min sets a day and did this up until December. I gained just over half an inch in length. I have also gained half an inch in girth from doing 10 min jelqing sessions after all my hanging sessions. I was pretty inconsistent for the 6 months and usually missed 1 or 2 days a week of hanging due to privacy issues. After a 2 week break I have re-motivated myself and want to get back on track.
I am going to try and do 3 x 20 min sets of hanging a day again but I want to try something different with it. I was looking into clamping? Are these two exercises a good combo?
Previous Size: 5.5” erect length (NBP) and 5.4” girth.
New size : 6.1” erect length (NBP) and 5.9” girth.
My goal for 6 months time is 6.5” length and 6.2” girth.
