Newbie needs some help :)

The concept of reverse kegels seems simple enough, however, I want to be sure I’m performing these correctly. During the act of forcing urine (or bowel) through, I feel some muscle at work. Especially during bowel movements, when I push through, I notice my wang swells. Is this it? There’s a slight flex of the lower abs too, right?

Does anyone perform kegels by inter-flexing forward then reverse? Good idea, bad idea?

Not just a good idea

But a great idea, from what I’ve read here. When you Kegal and reverse Kegal while stress is on your dick, like with either an ADS or while hanging weights, not only are you working the BC and PC muscles, but your ligs get all the stress while you are working them.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

BG is explaining how flexing during stretches puts stress on the lig…which is a good thing, right? Makes sense to me…
