Hello first it’s been a little while since I’ve posted due to working a lot, also I got out of doing PE until recently. I saw really good gains in the first 30 days (1/2” in length) but lost it all I feel due to not cementing. Now getting to the point when performing a jelq I’m usually 25 to 50 percent erect, when I apply pressure around the base of my penis I can feel the pressure through to the head as I move up. Also there is pressure behind my grip, I know that there are vales in the penis to control blood flow. Could it cause damage to these valves by applying pressure back down the penis as I can feel the pressure build going in reverse also.

I personally consider it a very dangerous exercise, and I’d never attempt it myself. However, with that being said, there are a decent amount of people who do use it.

It’s ultimately your choice, but just know that the risk of injury is far greater from this than from regular jelqing. And the benefits don’t make up for that. There really is no reason to be doing it - if you want base girth, clamping and hanging work better, as far as I know.

I do it in between clamping and pumping, it’s good for expanding the inner shaft so you have better erection stability. Focus on the sides of the shaft when you slide the fingers down. You can do it wet or dry, just be light with the pressure. You want to be moving the blood toward the base but you want your penis to be getting more erect all the while. You’re basically expanding the shaft as much as possible but squeezing blood back into the base. Someone on here (Can’t remember who or I’d credit them) said when you do it it should be like you’re sliding honey along a rough stick, you want to put enough pressure so the honey moves with your fingers, but not so much that you’ll get a splinter. Visualizing that helps me as well. Do that toward the base. It’s good for base girth, to help my bg keep up with my MS which I’ve gained from clamping. The only bad thing is I do tend to get VERY bad blue balls when I reverse jelq and don’t orgasm.

I tried this exercise once or twice but couldn’t quite see the point. After all, the expansion of your corpus cavernosum during a jelq repetition is possible because you trap blood in there with (compared to a usual semi-hard) elevated pressure - sort of like stuffing things in an (almost-)one way passage. If you try that on the way back, well, where would the impasse be that helps expanding your CC?

Yes, you can damage the valves in your blood vessels by reverse jelqing.

I don’t understand what could be so dangerous. If you’re using light pressure, reverse jelqing is no different from forcing your cock into a really tight pussy. In fact after a workout with reverse jelqs, my cock feels just like it does after fucking an old fuck buddy with the tightest pussy I’ve ever felt.

The problem is the “if some is good, more is better” and people use far more pressure than that. Keep it gentle and slow, and you probably won’t cause an injury, but the potential for injury is much higher and the consequences more dire than for other forms of PE.

It’s not worth taking risks. You only get one penis.

I only did this exercise once and most likely applied to much pressure, the last thing I want to do is damage anything. Doesn’t sound worth the problems that it could cause thanks to all who input.
