Reverse Jelqing Dangers

Reverse Jelqing Dangers

I was curious as to what are the possible areas/things that can be damaged from doing reverse jelqing.

I am asking this because I have a newly formed varicocele on my left testicle from doing these, but I have also noticed that I can no longer hold erections for as long nor reach a real full erection anymore. I’ve also noticed that the largest vein that runs along the top of my penis (the dorsal vein I believe?) no longer fills like it used to as well as a bit of swelling near the bottom right side of my shaft where a vein runs underneath I think.

If anyone has anything to say about this or if you know if varicocele can cause impotence because I believe I may have damaged something else.

Varicocele can cause impotence only if it is very extreme. Your testicles (both) would have to suffer greatly and shrink.

I find it hard to fathom how can reverse jelqing cause an anomaly in the scrotum. Could it be just a coincidence?

Go to the injury section and look up deflated glans and firm flaccid threads, see if something fits.

If I were you, I’d go to the emergency and request a urologist ASAP. I don’t mean to freak you out, but there are cases (urological emergencies) where acting fast does mean the difference between normal life and impotence.

It’s been a week since it happened so I don’t know if it would make a huge difference now.

I can list most of the symptoms:

Left varicocele (I saw a doctor, not a urologist yet).
Some swelling of the bottom of my shaft when erect.
Dorsal vein seems deflated.
Slight pain in my right testicle and near it.

I can get a erection just fine I just seem to lose it faster

EDIT: My glans also seem fairly firm, they aren’t that soft.

How on earth would you know that you developed a varicocele from reverse jelqing?

Because I forced it too hard fully erect and I felt a pain when it happened and all of a sudden within the following days the veins were swollen.

If that’s the case it would have to be a clot of some sort traveling and destroying the veins. Otherwise very doubtful. Hence I say go see a professional.

By the way, a lot of guys actually have a varicocele and it mostly happens on the left side. Might be just a coincidence that you discovered it now.

A varicocele occurs in the venous drainage of the scrotum and testes, and although those structures are close to the penis, the penis has a different venous drainage.

Is this the same vein problem you had 10 days ago?

“Reverse jelqs” serve no useful purpose, jelqing erect serves no useful purpose. Obviously you can injure yourself.

As redbear52 says, there is no direct venous pathway between the penis and the scrotum. This is a coincidence or you’ve injured something else and the varicocele was already there.

Erect jelqing might have contributed to your inability to maintain an erection, but only a urologist doing special tests could actually confirm that.

See a urologist. Strangers on the Internet cannot diagnose or treat your problem.
