Hello fellow PEers,
I’m restarting my PE. I was a member a few months ago but things in m life put my PE at a halt. So I have returned to start PEing again. I just restarted my workout yesterday. I haven’t measured anything out, but I’m sure to much hasn’t changed. I will keep a Progress Report and try to add pictures to it every month. As far that all I can do is be persistent and I will gain.
Here what my work out for a month and a half will consist of then I will star clamping.
10 min warm up with inferred light
3x25 wet jelqs
10 min warm down
I’ll wear a magnet band through out the day also
I’m more concerned with building girth, the length will follow.
