Returning to PE and would appreciate routine advice
This is my first post here at Thunder’s place and I would like to ask the community for some advice regarding establishing a newbie routine for myself. I have read the various newbie threads and there is a lot of good information here however I have an awkward situation that requires a slightly different approach than the cookie cutter newbie routine.
I tried PE about 2 years ago and I did see initial gains which I was very enthusiastic about however I was forced to stop due to the misfortune of contracting genital warts from a new girlfriend. After contracting the virus I found that jelqing was causing the warts to proliferate. I approached my Dr who has treated them however he also advised me not to jelq the penis shaft as it can encourage the warts to reappear.
So my question is - What exercises would be appropriate to replace jelqing for a newbie?
I have a bib hanger and I also have some cable clamps so I was wondering whether 10 minutes of light hanging and/or light clamping with kegels could result in modest gains over time?
As far as gains go I am only shooting for 0.5 inches in both length and girth.
Any routine suggestions would be appreciated.
