Return To Forever
I have just recently returned to PE about a month ago. I have had about a year and a half off. This is my current routine. 5 minute warm up with hot wet towel. Flacid stretches in all 5 directions 12 reps. For 30 seconds. I follow that with 12 helicopter stretches 10 secs. Front. 10 secs. Up 10 seconds to make a full revolution.
Hot wrap for a minute or two. I perform 225 jelqs from 3 to 5 secs.
3 minute warm down.
My stats are E/L 6.1 E/G 5.9.
My goal is 8.5 E/L 7.0 E/G
How does this routine look for the next 2 weeks. Any comments and recommendations welcome.
