Hello There!

I have just recently returned to PE about a month ago. I have had about a year and a half off. This is my current routine. 5 minute warm up with hot wet towel. Flacid stretches in all 5 directions 12 reps. For 30 seconds. I follow that with 12 helicopter stretches 10 secs. Front. 10 secs. Up 10 seconds to make a full revolution.

Hot wrap for a minute or two. I perform 225 jelqs from 3 to 5 secs.

3 minute warm down.

My stats are E/L 6.1 E/G 5.9.

My goal is 8.5 E/L 7.0 E/G

How does this routine look for the next 2 weeks. Any comments and recommendations welcome.

Wow.. “Helicopter stretches” <<< HAHAHAHA :D Do you tie the end of your penis to the helicopter rotor and watch it stretch round and round ? Other than that it seems fine :)

Well the routine is good so keep it going.

Looks fine. Just make sure you stay consistent.

Also, it would be truly inspiring if you reach your girth goal.

What he refers to as helicopter stretches is my circular stretches. Very effective for lig stretches IMO.

Not mine:D , I didn’t make it but it seemed like it was only I who used them thats why I said that. haha

As far as I know, helicopter is different from circular stretches.

You do circular stretches by stretching your dick and make rotation clockwise/anti-clockwise. For helicopter, you hold at your base and rotate you penis as fast as you can, imitating the helicopter rotor.

As I read, helicopter push blood while flaccid, it’s mainly for FL gain.

Well, maybe not yours, but I thank you, aom91, for giving me “your” circular stretch routine. Along with the regular stretches, I think it’s really working and I am getting somewhere!
