How do you guys manage to stay semi erect while jelqing. I’ll get up to 70-80% and then lose it within 10-20 jelqs. Any tips would be great! Thanks guys.

I find that if I’m not keeping a semi erection while jelqing then I am in a overtrained state. Try to decrease frequency.

Do you think stretching before I jelq could be the cause? I never feel over-trained, I don’t turtle or show other signs.

Let it put it like this…..

When was the last time you did 100-200 full pushups consecutively?

When was the last time you did 100 repetitions of any new exercise without stopping?

So what makes jelqing any different?

Do it the same as you would any workout. 2-3 sets, as many reps (jelqs) as you can do PERFECTLY with enough rest in between sets to recover. I play to write an article about this later on this this year. For now keep in mind your penis needs rest and fresh oxygenated blood as much as any other muscle you’re working. You can’t squeeze the shit out of it day and night, expect to do hundreds of jelqs, or use it to swing heavy weights for hours and expect to grow worth a damn. You need to start slowly and give the advice you hear from vets the benefit of the doubt before you think about doing things your way.

TGD, I agree. To the OP, I never turtle, get sore, have discoloring, etc. But if I am unable to maintain a semi erection when jelqing (even though I have no erection problems during sex) I am overtrained. A day our two off usually resolves the problem.

Thanks for the advice guys. I think the problem may also be the lack of stimulation I get while jelqing. I cannot keep hard unless I have visual stimulation or physical stimulation. During my jelqing session today I rubbed the head of my dick after every stroke. This allowed me to stay engorged for longer.

I have this problem as well. I’m two months into the noobie routine about 4-5 times a week. EQ will cut glass. I’ve turned to mental imagery and it helps a lot.

In that case take a day off without ejaculating and see how you feel tomorrow. Ejaculation, over use, too much PE, and too much porn can negatively affect EQ. Wost of all has to be ejaculating too much! Second is porn, so either knock it off or decrease your usage - One porn scene for a few minutes and pause it while you do your jelqing or stretching etc. in sets. If that doesn’t help try taking a couple days off and stop all stimulants like caffeine and alcohol, chocolate, and sugar. Again I’ve done my homework and I need to wite more here to help others.
