I am in late my 40”s and again started penis enlargement exercise, It has been almost a week ago, My practice is 4 days and then 1 day rest. I want to ask at the 48 years, :

1. Is it still helpful to gain length and width in this age?
2. What will happen if I do regular basic PE without taking any day off? (if I do regular exercise at 8:am daily and then do the exercise on same time next day, then I automatically have 24 hours rest).

1. Depends on you. Women you plan on sleeping with are the judge of that. You can gain at any age to look like what you wish.

2. Do not go without rest days. Your gains will stall. You will likely get hurt. This is a golden rule most of us follow. Ignore at your own risk.

My big secret? Not really a secret, just how I do things. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm 7 years in and counting. Put the work in then the gains will come. All you have to do is keep the faith.

If I go 8 days without rest my EQ suffers and I have to take several days off. Rest is important to me personally.

Starting Stats BPL(measured from top): 6 3/4" EG: 4 5/8" (as of 5/25/2016)

Short term goal 7"x 5"

Long term goal: Don't really have one. Why stop?
