Hey, I’m a 19 yr old male and I’m currently about 5.5 inches erect. I’m looking to do the newbie program and follow it religiously until I achieve my goal of 7 inches erect. What kind of results should I see with the newbie program in a month? And When should I see a gain of about 1 inch? And finally what program should I follow once I’m finished the newbie? Thx a lot guys.

I’m around the same age and started at the same erect size. For me, it took three months to see a .5 inch gain. Part of that could have been attributed to fuller erections as well, but it’s nice that I feel that I’ve had a long lasting improvement. Also, I have the same goal.. To go from 5.5 to 7 erect (not BP). Anyways I haven’t done this regularly in about 4 months, and I still have the gains and now looking to work towards my goal again.

It’s good to know somebody has the same goal.

It takes dedication and ambition but you can getther if you will keep on and follow the insturctions that are found on Thunder’s Place web site.

I’m 18 and my goal is 7 in. El.and 6 in eg.If it takes me a year to get there Ill consider the journey a complete success. I just started last monday, starting stats are, 6 in el and 5.25 eg.

mainman1, I did exactly what you want, I went from about 5.0 NBP erect to 7.0 NBP erect in about 5 months of very hardcore religious PE almost daily. What worked for me for those months was targeting my ligs, I would do no jelqing (I do think sometimes it can help though at least once a week to keep penile blood flow healthy) and just manual stretching almost every day with many different techniques (A-Stretchs, V-Stretchs, fowfers, circular stretchs, etc) after doing basic manual stretching for a while. The trick I found that works for me is to keep manual stretching as much as you can in all angles espesically straight out and lower angles for the ligs and keep doing this in a day (sometimes multiple times per day) until you start you feel fatigue/soreness around the base of your penis where the pubes begin, this is where the ligs are and that means your ligs are sore and will grow when you sleep when you get rest. Also eat healthy food with some vegatbles and fruits and you could even try to reduce your fatpad by losing some weight for added penis length gains. Good luck.

Hi mainman1 and welcome aboard!

Everything is possible, from 5 to 7 in one year might be a little “untrue”, but don’t feel discourage ok? Just follow your routine properly and take good care of your penis, especially make it away from any kind of injury, which disrupt your schedule on PEing.

7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

I wouldn’t expect to do it in a year, mainman. Don’t limit yourself with time. It’s easy to hurt yourself trying to meet a “deadline”. We set goals to keep us motivated and dedicated, not to see if we can get there fast. Take your time and do things right, you’ll get to where you want to be before you know it.

you reached your lenghtgoal by just using stretching. what happened to your girth?
