Results from newbie routine

I was wondering if anyone has seen significant results from doing just the basic exercises such as doing manual stretching and dry jelq rather than advanced such as hanging etc.

Of course you can gain doing only basic exercises, lot’s of people have myself included. Check out the progress report/routine forum and Size’s PE Data Site. You’ll find that a lot of guys have made great gains doing only manual exercises such as stretching, jelqs, Ulis and Horses.

Advanced techniques such as hanging is more for experienced, conditioned PE:rs in my opinion. Stick with the basic stuff in the beginning and then when you feel ready you can try out something more advanced.

Thats a .3” gain in bp and nbp legnth. I got a .2” gain in girth as well. Woowoooo!!!! Flaccid legnth increased greatly as well. It’s usually between 2.5” and 3.5”, compared to the 1.5”-3” of one month ago. Hanging starts tomorrow night.


That’s from my progress log thread. Those are my first month gains.

A few things to consider about those gains are that I only was serious about my routine during week 2,3, and 4 of my first month, and that all of my stretching was mostly upwards, and a little bit of straight out stretching. As you may already know, that is not the fastest way to gain legnth. Although I have a low lot, I feel a much better fatiuge when I work the ligaments and tunica (read: stretch at sever different angles in one session).

Btw when I’m saying gains I mean at least 1 inch in both girth and length.

Of course. And I’m saying it’s possible.
