Start: 1 feb 2008: 14,5 cm

Now: 12 sep 2008: 16,5 cm

Goal: 18 cm (1 jun 2009?)

Yes they are after you cement your gains.You can do 1 clamping session and gain up to half an inch but they will go away.Look up cementing gains.

Nothing is permanent… If you look at the PE Masters on this site, they are always doing some sort of work out, to maintain the sizes they have, fluctuations are a natural part of the process, accept that now, and you’ll be fine going forward.

I thought the cementing process was part of making them permanent?

You can cement gains but it’s a tricky thing, by trying to cement you usually gain more and then you want to cement that so you keep at it.A cycle.
I can quit PE right now and will not lose more than 0.3 inches of length but I have gained a lot more than that.So I have to say YES you can make permanent gains.

Also alot of the masters enjoy the enhanced EQ so I wouldn’t ever give all this up either.

You can cement gains, but if you just drop your PE routine all together you’ll likely lose some of what you gained. The rest that you don’t lose is cemented. Thats why sometimes it’s better to go past your goal so when you come back down a bit you’re right at it. Most people will find the benefits of PE to be rather addicting though, and rarely if ever stop.

Currently (as of 04/3/09): 8.50" BPEL, 7.6" NBPEL, 5.7"EG, (5.5"-7" varying) FL, 4.75" FG, Height: 6'1", Weight: 175 lbs. (final semester of Computer Science > Gym :( )

Goals (in the next 6 months): 8.60" BPEL, 7.8" NBPEL, 6" EG, 7" FL, 5" FG, (still hopefully 6'1"), Weight: 200 lbs.
