How essential is resting when you’re only doing stretches? I’m going only stretching 30-60 min everyday only downwards but I’ve been feeling small pain now. EQ dropped a little but not much. Continue with this routine or start taking off days?

Pain? Ease up. Pain is not good.

Off days give a chance for your body to repair micro tears in your tissue and for your capillaries to become accustomed to increased blood flow. Rest every once in awhile.


BPEL - 5 5/8" --- Goal 6"

MSEG - 4.5 " ---- Goal 4.75 "

Pain and a drop in EQ are both good indicators that you need to lighten up and take some rest days!

I may be new to PE but I know you can do serious damage with excessive repetitive stress on any part of your body without time for recovery. Best to give yourself a break from time to time. Stretching can be pretty tough on you. IE: Have you ever tried yoga?

Never tried it, I thought it would be the same thing where you can’t overstrain doing stretching? I guess you can so I’ll throw in a resting day. I’ve been taking a rest day before I wrote the first comment and today I already have the EQ back at top, guess I should just listen to my body. Thanks for the advices.

Man, you’re training too hard! Remember: longer flaccid, good EQ and morning woods=you should continue!
