Never tried it, I thought it would be the same thing where you can’t overstrain doing stretching? I guess you can so I’ll throw in a resting day. I’ve been taking a rest day before I wrote the first comment and today I already have the EQ back at top, guess I should just listen to my body. Thanks for the advices.
