Restarting PE

So it’s been an on and off thing for a while now. Life has been so busy the past several months haven’t had much time for this. I had done pretty much every form of PE before this long break. A lot of hanging. A lot of extending. Some pumping. Some clamping. Started with the newbie routine originally, now I’m going back to it. I’m starting off doing the five min x five min jelq/stretch just like I did in the beginning. Any expectations from the community? Will this be worthwhile? Have I desensatized enough that this won’t have much effect in your opinions?

I vote for massive gains. No harm in starting slow and seeing if it works again.
