Restarting PE
I haven’t been PEing for a long time now and I’ve decided to start PE again..
Any suggestions about what my routine should be?

As of Nov 8, 2008 - FL:3.75, FG:4, BPFL:4, EL:6.25, EG:4.375, BPEL:6.5
Starting up again on:2/13/10: 6 7/8 BPEL x 4 3/4 EG Goal: 8 X 6.
