First of all, good evening =]

I used to PE and participate on this forum for about an year ago and not gaining girth eventually led me to stop.
By the way… it’s good to see that some familiar faces are still around. :)

Well, the fact is that I really want to restart and I’m here humbling asking you for some advices… if you have the patience to read my story, I’ll be very, very grateful (I promise to keep as short as possible)…

Well, here it goes: I started P.E. with mainly girth concerns, I was 6” (and I’m still 6”) at the base and was looking for at least 7”.
I did 4 months of VERY commited work with no results AT ALL. On the other hand, in length, I gained close to 0.8” with basically manual stretches.

First thing that came to me when I saw I couldn’t gain at the first month was, despite the terrible feeling of 30 days of labor at the garbage, “I did something wrong, let’s change it”. Well… I changed, focused my mind on intensity, grip, etc. and… nothing. And so on for the next 2 months, which led me to quit P.E.. I was devastated.

I know some of you guys might say that close to 0.8” in lenghth is far from “garbage” but I would really exchange that gains for half of that in girth if I could. =/

That’s pretty much of it and I would like to ask if you have something to say/suggest about it and plus a few questions; ANYTHING you say will be more than helping to me…

1- I’m looking desperately for girth altough I wouldn’t mind gaining some more length; what do you suggest? Do you think it would do good to just work on girth first and then length? I wouldn’t want to keep getting longer while not getting thicker…

2-Clampers gain. It’s VERY hard to find measured pictures from those who gained girth with their own hands but clampers are much easier. So there’s something about keeping your dick in a constant blood flow/filling that makes it grow. I don’t want to start clamping because I think it’s too dangerous and don’t want to spend at least 6 months of sweaty work just to start clamping (it’s not for the lazyness, it’s just that I believe I must be doing something wrong, which leads me to my final question:

3-While in P.E. my girth was getting further and further at the end of the sessions but my dry girth would still the same. Some posts I read suggests that the tunica was getting flexible but not remodeled since the expansion was only for a session time. Do you think I might have developed some kind of this flexibility that will make it harder for me to gain in the future?

I’m wishing to restart P.E. but now doing ADC (all day clamping) to keep my dick full for an extra time and see if it grows. Do you have any advices on that? Size of the ring (clamp), time, etc.? Also… I live in Brazil and don’t know if most of you guys are from the U.S.A., but do you know how can I get some Cable Clamps to get here?

Oh! I was just forgetting… my workouts were basically a follow up of standard newbie routines. Basic stretches progressively increasing time through the weeks/months (I don’t recall how much exactly, sorry) and wet jelq (which I traded for dry with no differences) for 30 minutes. From 2 days on, 1 day off to eventually all days on.

That’s pretty much of it… I really want to rejoin P.E., participate, help, everything, so… anything you say, anything… will be of great help to me.

When I first started PE a few years ago, I quit after not getting many gains. I came back a year later and did a lot of reading around about theories of how to make gains. There are so many different routines and exercises out that one is bound to be your solution. I know that after doing research like that I finally started getting gains! It’s all about finding what works best for you. The other thing is consistency, don’t give up if you aren’t seeing progress. If one method isn’t working for you, try something else. That’s what I have found that helped me the most. Some exercises people say are the best, but I try them and don’t feel any sort of growth at all.

As for girth, I know that the majority of people claim girth is more difficult to get than length. I’ve been at a girth plateau for sometime myself, but I’d be hard pressed to quit now.

If I can, I would like to ask you a few specific questions:

What specifically you did for your girth gains?

What was (if there was) the difference in your erection levels while growing girth? And now, how are they?

The hardcore only manual exercises routine 2 on, 1 off or even all days on just won’t work for me (for girth), do you have any suggestions on that?

I got most of my girth from simply jelqing every day. I mainly conditioned my self to do high erection jelqs and ulis.

What I noticed about girth is that some girth exercises I was simply trying to raise my erection quality to a very good state with things like jelqing, and by expanding my shaft girth with different girth exercises to make my EQ lower, but have a bigger dick! My take on girth growth is that I get my best gains when my EQ is at its max and incredibly hard, and then I do different kinds of squeezes to distribute that blood all over and it expand the size while the EQ may drop slightly. That’s okay however, because then my goal is to raise the EQ back up again, with now a slightly bigger cock!

Erection quality is what I’m working on currently, so I’ve been doing plenty of kegels daily, and am working with some L-arginine, and also doing some physical exercises to get more blood flowing in my body in general. Clamping works really well for girth, and works best at the highest erection level. Once I get my desired EQ, I’m going to try my luck with that a while.

I say if the regular manual exercises aren’t working, try more advanced ones, but make sure that you start with the newbie routine if you haven’t done PE in a while. I’m still doing newb routine stuff currently as I’ve been on a deconditioning break, and could easily injure myself with what I used to do regularly.

You mean that your EQ dropped during the exercise?

What you didn’t get was the very next thing I wrote, just in another way.

Think of your penis like a tire, the pressure being your erection level, and the tire itself being the size of your penis. If it’s flat, youre flaccid. When you get an erection it fills up and can roll around, but if it is a poor quality erection it is still a little loose, not very high pressure inside the tire. Lets say the tire has 100% EQ, its really pretty hard to the touch and the tire refuses to change at all because it is so hard. There is no way it’s going to change, unless the tire itself becomes bigger. Now by doing certain exercises (like erect squeezes) while at maximum erection, you feel some expansion, and notice that you look a little bigger, but might not be as hard as you once were because the blood has to equally disperse throughout the new size penis. This would be like making the tire itself bigger, making the original pressure that was in the original tire fill up the bigger tire a lot less. Now with the bigger tire, you can create more pressure again (like raising the EQ) and then you have a fully hard pumped tire that is bigger than the one you originally started with.

I think I got it now. :)

I used to jelq at very high erection levels (this one time I was kinda feeling desperate because I thought my penis was getting thinner… started to jelq too soon, too hard, and a tiny drop of blood came out of it =/) and my EQ only improved. I don’t recall how they were exactly during my exercises but right after the session I used to jerk off a little bit just to see if things were in order and I was much bigger (due to the session) and incredibly hard (due to the session too, I guess).

So I guess only expanding my penis to the maximum during the session wasn’t causing any growth, just some elasticity; as I said, I noticed my girth getting further and further by the end of the sessions — which led me to think I might need something to keep my penis full for a certain period of time after the session to make it grow.

I might be wrong, though… it’s just that there are so many things today and so many possibilities in my mind… IPR Theory, TGC Theory, ADC (all day clamping), etc., that I don’t know what to do or what path to choose, you know?
I do believe that the hardcore training regimen just won’t work for me in girth (at least not just the training). I was a newbie, so, at least some newbie gains I should have made (which I didn’t).

I would really like some of the vets or defenders from each theory to step up but I guess they don’t read the newbie forums that much…

Have you ever weared a cockring after your jelqing sessions or along the day?

I don’t own a cock ring, but I imagine they are most beneficial for flaccid gains.
