Restarting. Any vets let me know if my restart routine is right please.

back to about 7.9 x 5.9 inches or so.
never cemented anything and need to get back in.
here’s my new routine:

5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch
10 minutes of jelq
10 minutes pumping
5 minutes hot wrap
30 kegels
2 hours ADS minimal.

too ambitious? just right?
