Hello i started the newbie routine with less than 200 jelqs because i feel i need to work it up from 60 to 200 and go from there. Now i have a rest day and my penis feels and looks fine.
Do i really need a rest day? i just feel like jelqing because im convinced that it does work, and i feel like if i skip a day then i maybe skipping more lenght.

Advice ?

I would recommend rest days. What I do is go 2 days on 1 day off. What you are doing right now is sufficient and even though your dick seems and feels fine. My dick feels fine on my rest days. When you train, you are not looking to train so hard that you feel pain on your rest days. Also, it would probably be good for you to keep doing the 2 days on 1 day off and read and follow the physiological indicators (PI’s). As you do PE these indicators should give you a good idea on whether or not PE is working for you.

Short Term Goal --- BPEL 7.000/EG 5.000

I have 1 year since I started doing PE, sometimes i rest 2 days or even 3 days, and it works well for me, its good sometimes to rest a bit more than its suppoused to.

Rest is essential, the tissue needs that time to regenerate, which is where the growth comes from.

Do you mean 5 days on and the weekend off? They are gaining because of the weekend of rest. My routine is 5 on 2 off but with reduced intensity workouts, my first month I gained quite a bit.

Yes i meant 5 days on :P Well maybe i will try that after a few more weeks. What is quite a bit ? 0.3 inch ?

It’s in my sig, after only 1 month on the newbie routine, I gained about 1/2 inch in length and an 1/8 inch in girth, and my flaccid size is through the roof.
