I would recommend rest days. What I do is go 2 days on 1 day off. What you are doing right now is sufficient and even though your dick seems and feels fine. My dick feels fine on my rest days. When you train, you are not looking to train so hard that you feel pain on your rest days. Also, it would probably be good for you to keep doing the 2 days on 1 day off and read and follow the physiological indicators (PI’s). As you do PE these indicators should give you a good idea on whether or not PE is working for you.
