Rest or continue?

I PE’d a little recklessly last night and while manually stretching put too much pressure on the head. I woke up today with a little bruising on the head of my penis. There is a slight discomfort when stretching however my erections are still at 90 percent. Do I need to take a rest day for such a minor injury? If so is some light jelqing okay until my official rest day tommorow.

Definitely take some days off and rest your unit, no need to jelq you won’t lose any gains.
